We manage property maintenance throughout the UK.

What services do you manage ?

We manage as many property related services as you want.

These include such things as:

  • Heating & Hot Water
  • Electrical Systems
  • Portable Appliance Testing
  • Building Structure
  • Security, call & Alarm Systems
  • Fire Systems
  • Gardens & Grounds
  • Building Fabric

Do we have to renew our contract each year ?

No.  In fact our minimum contract period is 3 to 5 years.

We know from experience, that only by having a long term contract can we actively reduce costs and plan budgets.

What about our existing contractor ?

Your existing contractor to become part of our approved network of contractors.

If you prefer, we will find a contractor more suited to your requirements.

How much does it cost ?

We work to a fixed fee per property.  This is based on the number of properties you want us to manage.  Please call 0870 770 4095 to discuss your requirements with our sales team.

What about emergency breakdowns ?

Emergency breakdowns are handled through our Service Centre.

Our Service Centre will:

  • Respond to your call
  • Select the appropriate contractor
  • Control the event to completion
  • Manage the administration
  • Give exceptional service
